Hi, I'm Renee! I'm a local realtor and interior designer by trade, but it's always been a dream of mine to own short-term rentals. My husband and I (and our kiddos!) have truly put our hearts and souls into our homes, and we hope it shows. With my slightly obsessive personality, I've tried to think of every small detail, from linens to cookware. If you need anything at all during your stay, just reach out.

You'll receive your personal door code on the day of your stay. It only works during your reservation.

There are two smart locks (front and back door), and your code works on both. Tap the lock button when you leave.

When you arrive, pull into the circle drive and use the front door. On the kitchen counter you'll find a small remote that opens the gate, and you're welcome to park behind the gate for the rest of your stay.

Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in or late check-out. Just message us and we'll do our best. If guests are arriving the same day, a late check-out usually isn't possible because our cleaners need time to prepare.

If a welcome page pops up after you connect, just sign in there. Trouble connecting? Text us and we'll help right away.

• Pool & hot tub: please roll out a towel if you come inside wet to use the restroom. It protects the hardwood floors.
• Bug spray and sunscreen are yours to use. Please spray them outside and put them back when you're done.
• The stove is gas. Make sure the knobs are turned fully to “off” when you finish cooking.
• Trash days: Monday (trash) and Thursday (trash & recycling). Bins are on the fence line. Roll them to the street by the mailbox that morning if you'd like to help.
• Please keep pool toys in the pool toy bags/cart when you're not using them.

Check-out is by 10 AM. Before you leave, we'd appreciate it if you'd:

1. Strip any used beds and leave the linens on the floor of the bedrooms.
2. Leave used towels on the bathroom floors.
3. Wash dirty dishes and/or run the dishwasher.
4. Empty all trash (including the pool trash can) and place bags in the large trash can on the backyard fence line.
5. Pick up toys and belongings around the pool and return them to the pool toy bags/cart.
6. Move furniture and items back to their original locations.
7. Set the thermostat to 78°F if running AC or 65°F if running the heater.
8. Check that all doors and windows are locked.
9. Return the gate remote to the kitchen counter by the guest book.
10. Let us know if anything was damaged during your stay.
