Hello and welcome! We're Bill & Sherry: retired native Texans, live-music fans, Vespa riders, and proud parents of six children and ten grandchildren. Before you arrive: send us your vehicle's make, model and license plate so we can set up free garage parking.

Park in the garage directly behind the building (907 Throckmorton St). Go to level 2 and find the space marked “Resident Parking 12,” next to the mopeds.

Your key fob, door key and mailbox key are in a lockbox on the wall in front of your space. The lockbox code, callbox code and guest parking code are in your check-in message.

Use the fob to enter the building through the door to the left of your space, then head to unit 305. The door keypad code is the last four digits of the phone number on your reservation.

Heads up: the garage has height and length limits, so full-size SUVs and long-wheelbase trucks need extra care.

Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in or late check-out. Just message us and we'll do our best. If guests are arriving the same day, a late check-out usually isn't possible because our cleaners need time to prepare.

The flat is Alexa controlled. When you walk in, say “Alexa, turn the flat on!” You can control the lights, ceiling fans and thermostat by voice:

• “Alexa, turn the kitchen on/off” (also: bedroom, living room, office, flat TVs, tulips, pantry)
• “Alexa, bedroom ceiling fan 3” (speeds 1–5, or on/off)
• “Alexa, set thermostat to 72” (or to heat / cool)
• Bathroom, closet and track lights use wall switches.

• Keep the key fob with you. It opens the building from the garage and the Houston St lobby door. A spare card key is on the kitchen cabinet.
• Visitor vehicles use the AirGarage app (Throckmorton Downtown Garage). The discount code is in your check-in message and must be renewed every 24 hours.
• Garage shortcut: to the right of the flat's front door, a few steps down lead to the garage. Use the door stop so you don't get locked out!
• The historic windows open, but they're heavy. Lift and lower them slowly with both hands and use the red support poles. Please don't tamper with the other window locks.
• Mail: mailbox #10 in the lobby. FedEx, UPS and Amazon deliver to your door.
• Canvas grocery bags are in the pantry. Nearby: Tom Thumb (2400 W 7th St) and Central Market (4651 West Fwy).
• Staying a while? Complimentary cleaning every two weeks can be arranged. Just ask.
• About the building: 910 Houston St was built in 1906 as the Western National Bank and is a Fort Worth Historic & Cultural Landmark.

Check-out is by 10 AM. Before you leave, we'd appreciate it if you'd:

1. Empty all trash into the bins in the garage next to your parking space.
2. Load dirty dishes and run the dishwasher.
3. Leave used towels on the bathroom floor, and strip the bed linens and leave them on the bed.
4. Set the thermostat to 76°F (summer) or 65°F (winter).
5. Leave the key fob, door key, mailbox key and card key on the kitchen counter.
6. Let us know if anything was damaged during your stay.
