Hi, I'm Renee! I'm a local realtor and interior designer by trade, but it's always been a dream of mine to own short-term rentals. My husband and I (and our kiddos!) have truly put our hearts and souls into our homes, and we hope it shows. With my slightly obsessive personality, I've tried to think of every small detail, from linens to cookware. If you need anything at all during your stay, just reach out.

You'll receive your personal door code on the day of your stay. It only works during your reservation.

Type your 4-digit code on the front door keypad and tap the checkmark. When you leave, tap the “Schlage” logo at the top to lock.

If you use the garage door opener during your stay, please return it to the kitchen counter by the guest book before you leave.

Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in or late check-out. Just message us and we'll do our best. If guests are arriving the same day, a late check-out usually isn't possible because our cleaners need time to prepare.

If a welcome page pops up after you connect, just sign in there. Trouble connecting? Text us and we'll help right away.

• Hot tub: enjoy! If you turn up the heat, please set it back to 85°F before check-out.
• The patio lights run on a remote. Please return it to the kitchen counter by the guest book before you leave.
• Trash days: Monday (trash & recycling) and Thursday (trash only). If you'd like to help, roll the bins from the garage or side of the house to the curb by the mailbox that morning.
• The home sits on over an acre. Please keep an eye on little ones outdoors.
• Please keep all furniture and décor in its original spot, or return it before check-out.

Check-out is by 10 AM. Before you leave, we'd appreciate it if you'd:

1. Strip any used beds and leave the linens on the laundry room floor.
2. Place used towels on the laundry room floor.
3. Hand wash dishes and/or load the dishwasher and start it.
4. Empty all trash and place bags in the large trash can in the garage.
5. Move furniture and items back to their original locations.
6. Set the thermostat to 78°F if running AC or 65°F if running the heater.
7. Check that all doors and windows are locked.
8. If you used the hot tub, set the temperature back to 85°F.
9. Return the garage door opener and patio light remote to the kitchen counter by the guest book.
10. Let us know if anything was damaged during your stay.

Inventory is checked before and after each stay, and missing items are charged to the security deposit.
