Hi, I'm Renee! I'm a local realtor and interior designer by trade, but it's always been a dream of mine to own short-term rentals. My husband and I (and our kiddos!) have truly put our hearts and souls into our homes, and we hope it shows. With my slightly obsessive personality, I've tried to think of every small detail, from linens to cookware. If you need anything at all during your stay, just reach out.

You'll receive your personal door code on the day of your stay. It only works during your reservation.
Enter your code on the front door keypad to unlock. Please lock the door whenever you head out.
Please park in the driveway.
Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in or late check-out. Just message us and we'll do our best. If guests are arriving the same day, a late check-out usually isn't possible because our cleaners need time to prepare.
Trouble connecting? Text us and we'll help right away.
Due to liability concerns and the comfort of future guests, no smoking or vaping of any kind on the property.
We're all about unwinding with a glass of wine, but please keep noise down and be respectful of our neighbors.
We love furry friends, but we can't allow pets due to allergy concerns for future guests.
Anyone not included on the reservation must be approved by your host in advance.
- The patio lights run on a remote. You'll find it on the kitchen counter by the guest book.
- Trash goes in the large trash can on the left side of the house.
- The home sits on a private, fenced acre. Please keep an eye on little ones outdoors.
- Working remotely? The dedicated workspace is yours to use.
- Please keep all furniture and décor in its original spot, or return it before check-out.
Check-out is by 10 AM. Before you leave, we'd appreciate it if you'd:
- Strip any used beds and leave the linens on the laundry room floor.
- Place used towels on the floor by the washer and dryer.
- Hand wash dishes and/or load the dishwasher and start it.
- Empty all trash and place bags in the large trash can on the left side of the house.
- Move all furniture and items back to their original locations.
- Set the thermostat to 78°F if running AC or 65°F if running the heater.
- Check that all doors and windows are locked.
- Return the patio light remote to the kitchen counter by the guest book.
- Let us know if anything was damaged during your stay.
